I started this group to foster a community of people interested in oldtime music in the Fort Collins area. We will be scheduling monthly group fiddling, harp, and flute workshops, and may also schedule periodic jam sessions. Since 1999, Aspen Meadows House Concerts has been hosting almost monthly smoke-free, non-alcoholic potlucks for nationally touring acoustic singer songwriters (mostly members of Folk Alliance). Over 150 musicians including many Grammy and Juno award winning performers receive 100% of the contributions given by attendees.
