E'side Folk Music Jam July Meetup

Event fee: $2.00 per person

A perfect NW Saturday night with some friends, old and new and good music too.

For those of you who didn't come, do! I promise a nice, safe environment with good people and songs and if that should not be the case, first I'll throw them out and then you can throw me into the pond. (Careful though - it's in a state of repair and w/o water!)

No one here cares whether or not you hit an F or an F#. In fact, I'm usually the first to do so so grab your mandolin, guitar, balalaika, kazoo, whatever and stop by.

For you who joined this group wanting to start playing again or are picking up an instrument for the first time, love to have you!

So what more can I do? You got a place to play - beer, wine & snacks - no prickly musicians deeply concerned about the level of professionalism (you think the picture I posted on this page is a joke? Wait 'til you meet some of the people who have attended & ask them!)

So, let's have fun in July!

Very fun! I had a nice time, enjoyed the music, and as before felt very comfortable and at home. I'll be glad to come back again!

i had a great time, and would gladley return every time!.....there were some really great tunes played and our hosts made me feel right at home in their home.a nice quiet venue for acoustic tunes.i especially loved the ukalaylee that was played...heheheheh
